Conditions of Sale and Ticketing Policy

All ticket sales for EQCO 2027 are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a permanent cancellation of the event.

A participant's inability to attend the event for personal or professional reasons does not entitle them to a refund.

A ticket can be transferred to another person before the event, subject to updating the attendee's information.

EQCO can reasonably modify:

• programming;
• speakers;
• Hours;
• activities;

without this automatically leading to a refund.

If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date, subject to applicable rights.

If EQCO definitively cancels the event, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable procedures.

By completing their purchase, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of sale.
